Effective November 1, 2016 — Fire Planning Associates, Inc.
FIRE PLANNING provides this Privacy Policy to inform all customers of its Blazemark® SaaS offering
("Service") and their personnel (collectively "Customers") of its policies and procedures regarding
the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in electronic, tangible and other forms
from or through the Fire Planning website available at https://blazemark.com (the "Site").
This Privacy Policy applies to the information that we collect or receive from Customers of the Service.
Consent
By using our Service, and/or corresponding or interacting with us about your use of the Service as a
Customer, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Your continued use of the Service, or continued interaction with us (in correspondence, phone calls,
website visits), after we have notified you of a material change in our Privacy Policy in accordance
with the Change of the Privacy Policy Section will be deemed an acceptance of these new terms.
What Information We Collect and How
Fire Planning collects information that identifies an individual or that may allow identifying an individual ("Personal Information") in a variety of ways:
- From All Customers

We receive and store any personal information that a Customer enters on our Site or may give us in
any other way. For example when you fill out a form to ask for information, you may be requested to
provide your first and last name, telephone number, postal and email addresses.
You can choose not to provide personal information to us. However, if you wish to obtain access to
certain content, ask us a question or request a demo, you must provide contact information or other
personal information, as appropriate, and as indicated in the relevant form.
If you decide to become a Customer of our Service, or if your employer has become a Customer of our
Service and you access the Site as an employee, you become a "Customer." We may collect contact
information, such as name, title, phone number, email address.

If you contact us for any purpose, we may keep a record of your contact information and
correspondence.
- From Your Browser

If you visit our Site, we will automatically collect information about your device (computer,
smartphone, tablet), such as: device information (type of device, operating system version, unique
device identifier, browser type and version, and mobile network information) or log information (IP
address, screen resolution, and referring domain). We collect approximate location
based on IP address for administrative monitoring of active sessions.

Fire Planning and its service providers may collect information through cookies and other
technologies, such as information about a Customer's online activity, or the web pages visited.
- From Other Sources

We also may obtain information about our Customers from affiliated entities, business partners,
publicly available databases, and other independent third-party sources and add it to our contact
database, where we collect information about current or potential users for marketing and sales
purposes. For example, this may include phone number, email address, title, or company.
How We Use Personal Information
Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to ensure the safe, secure, and smooth operation
of the Service. The more we know about your goals and interests as they relate to the Service, the
better we can communicate with you, anticipate your needs and communicate with you in a productive and
enjoyable manner. This interaction with our Customers may occur in several different ways:

We use personal information about our Customers to provide them with access to our Site, the content
posted on our Site, and information about our Service. We may use personal information about our
Customers to communicate with them, respond to their questions, to resolve disputes, or trouble shoot
problems, to manage Customer account, or as otherwise described at the point of collection of
information. We also may use personal information to prevent or investigate potentially prohibited or
illegal activities, or to enforce the Terms of Use for the Service.

We may use your correspondence, contact information, email address, and any information that you
provide in your messages, to respond to you.

in, or monitor the use of, the Site and of any that we provide through the Site, to improve our
Service and Site, and for the technical administration of the Site.
With Whom We Share Personal Information
As part of the provision of our Service, and the operation of our Site, we may share some of your
personal information to third parties. In some cases, this disclosure is necessary because these third
parties are essential to the provision of our Service to you. These third parties perform functions and
provide services to us, such as hosting and maintenance, customer relationship, database storage and
management, business analytics, fraud prevention, business analytics, and direct marketing campaign
service providers.

perform these functions and provide such Service, and only pursuant to binding contractual obligations
requiring such third parties to maintain the privacy and security of your personal information.

and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement
officials or private parties as we, in our reasonable discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to
respond to and defend against legal claims, respond to legal process (including a facially valid
subpoena, warrant, court order or other legal process), or otherwise as required by law. Please note
that we may not be able to notify you of a request for the disclosure of your information as
described above, either because it might be prohibited by law, or because doing so would jeopardize
an investigation into illegal or fraudulent activity, or because we do not have your contact
information.
- To Defend or Enforce our Rights

We may also share your personal information to establish or exercise our legal rights, when we
believe it is appropriate to protect the property and rights of Fire Planning or a third party, the
safety of our company, our customers or others, to investigate, prevent, take action against, or stop
any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, in connection with our Site, or other
agreements.
Cookies and Other Technologies
We use cookies and other technologies as described below to gather information about the customers of
our Site and the recipients or reader of our communications, in order to know what information is or
might be of interest to them.
A Cookie is a small file of information, letters and numbers, that our Site may transfer directly to
your browser. It is usually stored on your device's hard drive and facilitates Site navigation, and may
contain information about how you use our Site. The use of Cookies allows us to provide you with a
better experience on our Site, for example by remembering your language choices and browser settings.
You can always choose to decline our cookies, if your browser permits, but please note that if you
decline any cookies from our Site, you may not be able to take full advantage of all features on our Site.
Customers' Rights
If you believe that we have collected personal data about you, you have the right to access this
information and to have it corrected or updated if necessary. You may also request deletion of your
personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions.
If we intend to use your personal data in a way, or for a purpose other than as described in this
Privacy Policy, we will give you the opportunity to choose (opt out) whether your personal data may be
used for a purpose other than the purposes that are set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Security
Fire Planning employs administrative, physical, and electronic measures designed to protect your
Personal Information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
The servers on which information is stored are kept in a controlled environment with limited access.
While we do our best to implement security measures, we cannot guarantee the security of our Site and
databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you submit to us on our Site will not be
intercepted over the Internet.
We use encryption and a comprehensive authentication protocol to provide reasonable security. However,
please remember that no security system on the Internet is perfect. Moreover, we are not responsible
for the actions of third parties.
Your account information and access to our service is accessible only through the use of an individual
customer ID and password. To protect the confidentiality of Personal Information, you must keep your
password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. Please advise us immediately if you
believe your password has been misused. In addition, always logout and close your browser when you
finish your session.
Please note that we will never ask you to disclose your password in an unsolicited phone call or email.
Limitation of Liability
Transmissions protected by industry standard technology and administered by humans cannot be guaranteed
to be secure. We will not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal data that occurs through no
fault of Fire Planning including, but not limited to, errors in transmission, access to your account by
anyone, uses of your user ID and password by a third party, your failure to comply with your security
obligations, and the unauthorized acts of Fire Planning's employees.
International Transfer
Your information may be transferred, stored, maintained, and processed in the United States or in
other countries where we have facilities or where we have engaged a service provider. This storage,
maintenance or processing will be performed under privacy and security laws and standards that may not
be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. By using our Site or by providing information to us,
you consent to such storage, maintenance and processing outside your country of residence.
Change of the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and
you agree to be bound by such modifications or updates. Any of these material modifications or updates
will be notified to you with the date of change. Your continued use of the Service and the Site
constitutes your agreement to these modifications or updates. We encourage you to review periodically
this Privacy Policy in order to be informed about how we protect your Information and to be aware of
any update.
